- MMMichelleFeb 15, 20264.0McDonald's on N Topeka is a decent place. The food is typically hot and fresh. They do tend to have drive thru cars park to wait for food. This location is really good at getting the orders right the 1st time. The apple pies are a hit and miss though. Sometimes you get the fresh pies and other times you get the pies that have been sitting for so long that it has become chewy. The customer service is as expected and the staff is friendly. It is a good place to grab a quick bite on the go.

They recently seem to not want to make sweet tea for the drive thru or just don't want to take the extra steps and get it from the lobby. They "try" to hard to rush and end up messing up my order every time. I specifically tell them I'm allergic to tomatoes and ask that they change their gloves, I know that they don't because both times I've had a reaction, when I've called and told them they say "they don't accommodate allergies." Well I don't accommodate incompetency so I won't return to ANY McDonald's. Prices are too high, food is excessive with grease, and there seems to be a lack of motivation with employees and management. Cooperation need to be more vigilant in checking on who they have running their stores. They lose a lot of business like this
