The morning crew is terrible ordered biscuits and gravy with extra gravy x2 got home saw it was barely enough gravy to cover the biscuits went back said they put it on showed him then I told him to make it like he was making it for himself, said no more gravy gave cash refund. Just sorry

Pulled up at the drive thru at 11:30pm. When I ordered my food the person taking the order read it back to me perfect. I pulled up and paid and pulled to the side. They said it would be a few mins to make the food. 10 mins later the order was wrong after i checked the bag. I just pulled back up to the window and said it was wrong. They looked at me confused and I was tired so I just handed them the food and left. Not the first time they messed up my order.

A simple bacon double with no pickles and they couldn’t even remember not to put the pickles or pack my sweet chili sauce I paid for. I also asked for no ice in my drink and of course they couldn’t figure that out either. I could only imagine what else they screw up daily.
