  I received the wrong order. No problem, it happens. The manager went on asking how I rec'd an order without paying. I told her it was a mobile order, payment was online. She seemed very confused. No apology was given. She went on to say that whomever order I rec'd world be coming back also. Ok. The staff though was trying. Manager, eh. Chaotic. I waited for my correct meal which came with lukewarm fries.

  I order a $6 biggie bag and it comes with a sandwich a choice I choose double stack it also comes with a drink and a 4 pice nugget I upgraded my to a spice 4pc nugget it also comes with fries now if been a chef for 5 years also I’ve been in fast food I’m a personal catering chef now every once in a while I don’t want to cook so I’m come to enjoy the city food this restaurant was despicable health violation all over not one but multiple the girl who put my food on the Trey was not wearing gloves and her fingers after watching her touch multiple different stations had her bare fingers on my nuggets no gloves also the guy said do I want them fresh I said yes he said it’ll be a couple of mins he wasn’t wearing a hair net which explains his hair in the first fri I received also he went bback what takes 10 mins took 30 mins now I understand if everybody busy but trust me it was so slow in there drive thru as well I went to go check on my food I did time him as well he came from outside put gloves on then asked are you waiting on that fresh fries and greasy nuggets In my head I would presume he would know that already but I said yes out of my mouth he shoveled up a fry and nuggets the nuggets was fresh but the fries was stale mind you this is the second order of fry’s then I brought to his attention again she need to be wearing gloves if she’s handling food he said no she doesn’t she fine red health violation flag also then he said he going to make me a new fry and make sure it’s fresh out the fryer and he did and he even upgraded the fry to a large which is more then what I paid for it’s not about the money it’s the law you can’t be handling food like that and try and cover it up now I’m a chef so this type of stuff I’m passionate about and it’s not okay they need to be health checked as well as new training because what I seen and experience was despicable

  No logical reason to eat here unless you enjoy cold food with a heaping side of bad attitude. Times are tough & life is rough but it doesn't serve anyone by being a jerk.

  Ate lunch there today, ate in the store, hamburger was cold, cheese wasn't melted. Remember now why it had been the year since I ate there. No reason to go back, terrible food

  La comida estaba fría y dura, las papas no tenían el buen sabor qué los caracteriza y las personas que atendieron fueron muy groseras, tardamos 20 minutos esperando por ventanilla y literal la tienda estaba vacía, el pedido que entregaron no era el que pagamos y al momento de corregirlos y pedir que lo cambiaran por favor, tardaron otros 15 minutos más
