The lobby was full of people waiting so we decided to just go through the drive through, which was clearly a mistake. I waited upwards of 30 minutes by the time I got to the window. Also, when I looked through the window, I saw my lane time was started 2 minutes before hand. I have worked in fast food. Completely ridiculous.
