  I wish I would have gotten the manager’s name after being told that yes! they do finally have tap to pay and yes! they do split payments. Then the manager decides to tell me all of the sudden after waiting that I can’t make an $11 cash payment and pay the rest of my maybe dollar two dollars on card and didn’t just work it out for me somehow. As a customer service representative you should’ve just gave me a tiny discount or at least did the split payment. Terrible customer service.

  Expensive, took over 10 minutes to get 2 breakfast burritos. They were very average at best.

  Sonic advertise in text and online specials that can be collected by app or in store, but when ordering was told ONLY accept as an in app order. Don't deal with these liars.

  If I could give more than negative one star I would I hope my food sits there and you guys lose money. It shouldn’t take 20 to 30 minutes through the drive-through to get your food. Obviously you’re short on staff. This is the fourth time I’ve waited for food longer than 20 minutes in the drive-through with only one car in front of me so I hope now the last four times your food has sat and you’ve lost $ I will not sit longer than 20 minutes for absolutely disgusting food anyways I ordered a $10 meal a $10 meal in each time I go through there I drive off because the weight is longer than 20 minutes through the drive-through corporate needs to be contacted this is absolutely ridiculous. Ridiculous. You guys are close to my job and how convenient is it to just order food and get back to work but no, there’s a 30 to 45 minute wait on food there that if there is even a manager on duty I’ve called I’ve complained I’ve called corporate. Nothing happens. Absolutely nothing. I don’t think corporate cares about this location with all the negative reviews in the wait time on disgusting food don’t worry I will starve for the rest of the day knowing I didn’t waste my food on absolute dog, crap, and horse bundles. You’re establishment needs to be shut down for good your employees do not care obviously if they can’t run a business correctly as I was driving off another car was also driving off. Imagine how much business you’re losing because you have a half a person working in there.

  The Employee was very rude. Came out with a mouth full of food chomping away and didn't say a single word not even after I have him a tip. No Thank u or nothing
