Sonic advertised their drink selection.
When you purchase a Route 44 soft drink, prepare for 43 ounces of ice and once ounce of drink.
I like Sonic but in the winter we don't need ice overload, I hope I don't have to fall back on McDonald's instead...

I wish I would have gotten the manager’s name after being told that yes! they do finally have tap to pay and yes! they do split payments. Then the manager decides to tell me all of the sudden after waiting that I can’t make an $11 cash payment and pay the rest of my maybe dollar two dollars on card and didn’t just work it out for me somehow. As a customer service representative you should’ve just gave me a tiny discount or at least did the split payment. Terrible customer service.

Sonic advertise in text and online specials that can be collected by app or in store, but when ordering was told ONLY accept as an in app order. Don't deal with these liars.

Ordered two slushes that were just the juice barely frozen. Ask the car hop why they weren't icy she replied 'that's just how our machines are'. No sense of decency it seemed to me that someone just didn't turn the machine on when they were supposed to. No type of mitigation just brought it out and served subpar product at a premium price.....Shame on you SONIC on 21st and Western 😡😤😣😤😡😠😡
