They were very busy as it was the LUNCH HOUR. I was surprised it was an uncomplicated process. My Adobo chicken bowl that I customized was hot and delicious. There are so many options! What really surprised me was how yummy their tortilla chips and cheese dip were. I will definitely eat here again. I can't speak to the atmosphere as I did not go inside.
