The dining area and overall space looked dirty and cluttered, which really took away from the usual Panera experience I’m used to. I understand it was a Saturday and probably a busy day, but cleanliness and organization should still be a priority — especially for a restaurant with such a strong brand reputation. The staff seemed busy, but a little more attention to upkeep and presentation would make a big difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because I usually enjoy Panera, and I’d love to see this location improve.

I then proceeded to wait twenty minutes until my order was finally ready. My order was supposed to include a bread bowl. Instead I received a giant bag of bread and a tiny bowl of soup. Due to the way it was packed it looked like a bread bowl and a few baguettes on top. That meant I didn't discover the issue until arriving home twenty minutes away. If you want to get what you ordered in a timely manner I would spend your money somewhere else. Very disappointing.
