- SSShawn5 days ago5.0Great food and atmosphere. Staff was extremely helpful and assisted with menu questions relating to my food intolerances. Paisano's has been my favorite restaurant in Topeka ever since visiting when I was a little kid. I always loved the atmosphere and food. My food options are limited now due to intolerances, but the staff helped me find my new favorite! Definitely try the Creamy Pesto sauce if you are like me and can't eat red sauces or spices. Very mild sauce that did not give me any issues. Breadsticks are amazing as well.

Spinach and artichoke dip was good except the chips were overcooked for me. The marinara sauce on my spaghetti was ok except it had a spicy flavor and a little sweet taste to it. However, the Alfredo sauce was good. I enjoyed the zucchini pieces and broccoli hat was in the sauce.
