  We went to eat breakfast on 2/2/2026 and as soon as we walked in I had a bad experience. While placing our order I heard how horribly and degrading the restaurant manager was speaking to an employee that you could tell had a slow handicap disability. The manager started yelling at her to take an order to a table in very loud degrading manner and right away I felt so uncomfortable because it was upsetting to see the treatment this employee was receiving. Having a disability doesn't not give anyone the right to be spoken in such a degrading way. The other thing that I didn't feel comfortable with, was that when we received the order and I went back to ask for ketchup and sauce another lady that resembled the manager alot like ther were related by blood and seemed like she was the assistant manager, was very rude and she said she couldn't give me the sauce that I asked for to which I replied - why not if I placed and order for 2 breakfast platters? , so she did proceed to give me the sauce but in angry manner. Those 2 ladies that feel like they own the restaurant and have the right to speak and treat employees and customers in such a rude degrading manner should be put on check ✔️. I'm Hispanic and those two ladies were too and this make me feel more uncomfortable. McDonald's should teach or train management and employees and how to speak to customers and other employees with respectful way no matter who you are or what handicap you might have. Overall we always eat breakfast at McDonald's at least 4 times a week or even more when we eat dinner there also. We are not going to let this bad experience sway us away from coming back to this McDonald's or any other McDonald's in the country. We as a truck driving family appreciate the speed and value of the food Plus the app points add up way much faster than any other restaurant! Driving from California to the East Coast our first stop for a meal is McDonald's and will try to keep it that way.

  When you order additional add-ons that cost extra, expect to not receive them on multiple occasions because the employees of this specific McDonald’s location clearly do not have working eyeballs. Nor does management seem to care. McDonald’s corporate will be notified.

  Staff was super friendly and helpful they took my order with a smile and even brought my food to my table in the Play Place!
