As someone who has worked in customer service for 10+ years, I'm generally very patient when it comes to service. Things get crazy and things get lost and things happen. However, when I came in with an issue with my app order, zero employees even attempted to make anything right or solve the problem. Two employees just simply said "I don't have the order here" and walked away.
After asking for a second cup after the first one fell on the floor, I was looked at directly by employees and ignored to the point where I just had to grab a new cup myself.
Genuinely, one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had anywhere.
