3/1/26 @ 7:30pm First time at a Jimmy John's. I got the ultimate Italian and it was not good. I ended up throwing 3/4 of it out. On top of that my coworker was trying to get a giant size sub and the girl told him they didn't have anymore bread so he needed to get the regular size. What??? It's 7:30, you guys close at 10. Maybe she meant something else, idk. I guess she helped him out tho because he ended up throwing his out too so he didn't waste as much money. Dude who took my order seemed chill. Only positive thing about it.

Fantastic customer service
Ordered on line and the order never showed mightve gotten swiped might have been at wrong address but the gentleman at the store quickly remade the order and brought me a replacement great people working there and I wish them well.
