  This store really needs 2 be looked @ ! I went thru the drive thru @ Jimmy John's on Wanamaker Road yesterday 2 order a giant # 14 w/ no lettuce, no tomatoes & no cucumbers add onions & extra mayo. I also had ordered a giant # 15 w/o tomatoes add provolone cheese, extra mayo & onions. I get up 2 the window & hand him a $50. Explain it's all I have as the order was $41.⁰⁰. He said that they couldn't take it as they didn't have $9.⁰⁰ in change. I said that they just lost a customer and wasted product d/t bad & atrocious customer service skills! I am not returning & I will inform all friends to do the same. This isn't the first time I have had at this store! I am going to fill out the rest as if I had actually completed my order!

  Great service, great food friendly employees. East coast Italian is def the winner here but the #4 is delish as well

  This Jimmy Johns is doing better than the one on Gage Blvd and North Topeka in my opinion.
