My wife placed and order for seven subs, when I showed up to pickup, was told they cancelled the order with no explanation why. Now we are battling with Uber eats to get a refund. Will not be ordering from them again.

Again I'd go five stars for the service and execution of the menu alone, but it's a chain and they probably don't need the help. For what it's worth with Jimmy John's in existence some other shop(s) of the submarine variety/way probably don't need to exist.

This place is TERRIBLE. There is no greeting upon entry or while you stand at the counter for 10 -20 minutes waiting for someone to take your order. This is the second time I've had such an experience, last time we waited 45 minutes for 2 sandwiches.. (it was not busy) we will never return.
