  I had a really frustrating experience at Jefferson’s and won’t be returning. I ordered a 12-piece wing combo with lemon pepper (listed on the menu as a dry rub) and garlic parmesan. The first order came out wrong, and when we tried to figure out what flavors we were given, we realized the “lemon pepper dry rub” was completely drenched in sauce. It was extremely wet — not even close to a dry rub. We only took one bite of one wing while trying to identify the flavor since the order was incorrect to begin with. When I brought up that the lemon pepper was not a dry rub as advertised, the waitress offered to take the wings back and let me reorder. Fine. However, when she returned, she told us we would still have to pay for the wings we didn’t eat because we had taken a bite. That’s when I asked for a manager. The manager doubled down, insisting the lemon pepper was a dry rub despite it clearly being covered in liquid, and initially supported the idea that we should pay for food that was: 1. brought out incorrectly, 2. not what the menu described, and 3. taken away from us. Eventually, the uneaten wings were removed from the bill, but by then the damage was done. Between the wrong order, misleading menu description, and being told I’d have to pay for food that was taken away after one bite, the service was incredibly disappointing. Plenty of wing places know how to do a dry rub properly. This wasn’t it.

  6 boneless wings and a side salad. The perfect lunch for lil ol me! Check out the lunch specials because they have some decent ones

  Food was excellent! I will definitely be a repeat customer. They also have a small arcade in the basement.

  We came in with the family to watch one of the nfl playoff games. All the tvs had the game on but there was only loud music playing. We asked our server if it was possible and were told it’s up to the bartender. Our server asked another employee and she said no, they are not allowed. Kinda hard to believe that an establishment that focuses on having so many tvs with sports playing wouldn’t be allowed to turn on the sound. We will definitely go somewhere else when we want to watch a game.
