Want to shout out to the employees they were really friendly and generous! One suggestion is to call people's names out instead of calling a number because it feels a little sad to be a number but that's a small thing!

Also, please move that big tip bucket from the center of the very small service counter where we pay...it seems a bit overwhelming and demanding and difficult to make payments reaching around it. Don't be so pushy about getting a tip since it actually makes me less likely to leave one.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
