The employees inside were goofing off and had no sense of urgency or trying to get the drinks made in a timely manner. I’m so sad I love Dutch bros but I will not return to this location.

I waited 30 minutes…I finally go up to ask as others who came way after me got theirs immediately and some quicker than me. For them to have no clue and acting clueless. Then giving excuses they’re online order we are backed up. Yeah, so was mine. I’ve been here before these others who left and been waiting for 30 minutes. Kept repeating my name and finally showed the order. So I ask them to cancel and they magically find my order. And just “here it is here you go”. And I tipped for this shit. lol it’s ridiculous actually. I’ve worked food so I’m usually really understanding but this was ridiculous. I’ll never be tipping before hand again.

Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
