The woman who manages the morning shift is very unorganized, does not pay attention to detail, and it very unprofessional. This has been the third time I have receive a messed up order from her and sad to say that I will no longer visit this location. My order is always very simple, Large Hot Flavored Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Every time she is managing I receive a cold coffee (not iced just coffee that has been sitting all morning) I always receive a size other than a large and she always gets the total wrong. Large hot coffee always cost me around $3.55 - $3.65, two weeks ago I order my usual and she tried to charge me $6.55. All in all, I have seen this place change staff weekly, the management of the location truly need to be evaluated and people currently in charge of the operation of services needs to be reconsidered.
