The double protein bowl I ordered online had light rice but only a single scoop of chicken on it— such a rip off. The rice was so undercooked, which made it difficult to enjoy our meals. My wife ordered a salad bowl which we found out had no lettuce on it at all when we got home and it looked like someone had already eaten half of her meal. Very disappointing experience when we were excited to use Chipotle gift cards we got for Christmas. With so many consistently bad reviews… Might be time to shut this one down.

After that, my entire family was unable to finish their food. I wrapped the fingernail in a paper towel and returned to the store, where I was told the only option they could offer was an 1-800 number. I’ve now been calling for four days requesting a refund. Each time, I’m told a report was sent to an “incident team” who will only follow up by email. I have yet to receive any email or resolution. This experience was disgusting and extremely disappointing, both in food safety and customer service.
