  Out of all the Chipotles around here- Topeka, Lawrence, Manhattan, KC- this is by far the best one! The ladies in here are always super sweet and fast, the food is always fresh and they’re never out of anything, the restaurant and tables are always clean, the trashes aren’t overflowing, the self-serve area is completely stocked and organized.. I can’t say enough good things about this Chipotle! North Topeka Chipotle is easily my favorite location!

  The chicken was burnt and the rice mushy, this reminds me of why I stopped going to Chipotle in the first place, you don't even get a full portion of burnt chicken at that. The female that helped me was super nice it was her first day.

  This location used to be decent but has drastically gone downhill. The double protein bowl I ordered online had light rice but only a single scoop of chicken on it— such a rip off. The rice was so undercooked, which made it difficult to enjoy our meals. My wife ordered a salad bowl which we found out had no lettuce on it at all when we got home and it looked like someone had already eaten half of her meal. Very disappointing experience when we were excited to use Chipotle gift cards we got for Christmas. With so many consistently bad reviews… Might be time to shut this one down.

  Quality has gone way down hill. The rice is always undercooked. Most recently I ordered a salad online and they didn’t put any lettuce on it. Edited to add photo. It was also drenched in sour cream.

  Ordered pickup on New Year’s Eve and, in the middle of my meal, pulled a chewed-up fingernail out of my mouth. After that, my entire family was unable to finish their food. I wrapped the fingernail in a paper towel and returned to the store, where I was told the only option they could offer was an 1-800 number. I’ve now been calling for four days requesting a refund. Each time, I’m told a report was sent to an “incident team” who will only follow up by email. I have yet to receive any email or resolution. This experience was disgusting and extremely disappointing, both in food safety and customer service.
