  Got lunch here, it was packed but the service was great, staff was so friendly for being absolutely swamped. People packed inside and a long line in the drive thru and a short line for mobile orders. So impressed with them! The food was good, I got the spicy lamb + avocado bowl. It was flavorful and filling. The spice was mild, so don’t be worried it’s not too spicy.

  They are pretty overwhelmed with being so new and we did wait a while for our food. Despite this, we definitely understand they are busy and the food was still so yummy! Full of flavor. Will definitely be back once things calm down.

  I ordered lunch for pickup today and I didn't get my food until nearly 45 minutes after my pickup time. When I finally got to the the window, I was told that someone bumped my order off the board. The person at the window was very kind and apologetic, and I appreciated them trying to fix the situation. But I was still missing part of my order, the rice was hard and my lamb meatballs were a bit burned. This location is very new so some mistakes are expected, but I'll be waiting a few weeks for things to settle down before I come back.

  Here’s a polished review you can copy and paste: ⸻ I recently visited CAVA and overall the atmosphere was great — clean, welcoming, and with a nice vibe. The food was also good, fresh, and flavorful just like I expected. However, the experience was affected by one employee named Zoie, who was extremely rude. She wasn’t just short with customers, but also noticeably unkind to other employees. At one point she was even throwing things around, which created a really uncomfortable environment. It definitely wasn’t okay, and it took away from an otherwise positive visit. I hope management addresses this, because the restaurant itself has a lot of potential and the rest of the staff seemed kind and hardworking.

  Kayla was great. It was super busy and the staff was stressed and she was encouraging them while it just got busier. She treated each customer the same and was kind and respectful. There was some middle aged guy working the drive through who kept trying to cause strife and was being very rude to the other workers but she stood up and told everyone they were doing a great job. That one guy needs to go, he was very toxic.
