The lines were still just as long as every normal Friday, and there was one girl Sydney who was outside taking all of the orders by herself. This is true customer service and I hope she stays warm all weekend. Thank you Sydney!!

My drink was made to absolute perfection—like they reached into my soul and said, “I got you.” If customer service were an Olympic sport, she would be taking home gold, silver, and bronze at the same time. 7 Brew, protect this employee at all costs. Give them a raise. A promotion. A crown. Because if every place had someone like this, the world would genuinely be a better place. I will be thinking about this interaction every time I come back.
