  Came on a Sunday morning, around 10:30–11:07am. There were maybe 5–6 cars ahead of me and we ordered two coffees, nothing so far indicated that this trip would take close to 40 minutes. This wait time is not unusual—this has happened to me before, and multiple coworkers of mine have had the same experience, to the point where people generally recommend avoiding this location. When we ordered, the employee taking the order was very disorganized. It was hard to hear him, we had to repeat ourselves multiple times, and unlike most Dunkin’ drive-throughs, the screen wasn’t showing the order as it was being entered. We also weren’t given a total at the speaker and were told something like “I’ll total you at the window.” At the window, things were still confused. The employee there was trying to figure out which drinks were ours and had to check with another staff member to sort it out. We were asked to repeat our order, and I could hear them realize the order had never been entered—one employee even said he had taken the order in a different section of the restaurant and “shouldn’t have been done that way.” They essentially had to re-enter the order at that point, and we were finally given our total at the window, about 30+ minutes after joining the line. To their credit, we did receive the correct drinks, and they tasted fine. The drive-through layout also makes things worse—you essentially can’t leave once you’re in line because the building is surrounded on all sides, so you’re stuck until you get to the window. That’s part of why the long wait is so frustrating here. I won’t be returning. Compared to other options in town, this location consistently takes much longer and is significantly more disorganized. I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else if you’re in a hurry or don’t want to risk getting stuck in a very slow drive-through.

  One characteristic of a franchise is the items should taste the same each and every time. This is not true of the coffees you get at THIS Dunkin. We always order the same drink every time, so we know exactly how they should taste. To this location’s credit, they’re usually absolutely delicious like they should be. Today was not that way. What we got tasted so bitter it was almost unbearable. Luckily we realized this before leaving the parking lot so parked and walked up to the window. Our replacement drinks were better but not by much. My other half just dumped his out in disgust when we got home. Mine is barely passable so I’m going to try to power through. What a waste of nearly $15! How can a simple coffee drink not be made right? How hard can it be? I don’t get it.

  Very rude employees usually. Can't walk up and get donuts apparently.
