  Why from a customer's looking. Why did you take away the double points Tuesday? You always was busy on that day. Let me know cause I am tell other customers to complain also.

  Went today around 10:30am and there were at least 6 cars on each side of the entrance waiting to turn in. We all finally got in to see that per usual employees are chit chatting it up with customers to the point where there were 4 employees at one customers window just having a conversation as if their line wasn’t backed up into the street. Most of the cars in both lines hadn’t even had their order taken. Absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous and they wonder why they don’t get tipped. I use to go to 7 brew everyday because of the quick service and amazing attitude. This location has really gone downhill and of course it’s the only one in Topeka. They really need to get on it with the new locations they’re supposedly building

  Great atmosphere. Love the coffee but the lady that gave my drink kinda had an attitude
