I ordered on the app like normal and someone grab my food either by mistake or purpose and was standing around waiting for my food that never came. The manager made it right and gave me my order was so nice of them. Good job McDonalds
- IIIrinaOct 7, 20251.0I came tired from work and I just wanted to buy a chicken wrap without cheese because I’m allergic to it. I wrote “no cheese and no sauce” because I’m allergic. But both wraps I ordered came full of cheese and sauce. So I went back and said, “Hey, sorry didn’t you understand that I said no cheese and no sauce?” And the Latina lady started insulting me and treating me horribly. And yes, they really didn’t understand—out of four or five people there, only two spoke English. On top of that, that girl, the chubby one, was extremely rude. She called me pendeja thinking I didn’t understand Spanish. Well, I do understand Spanish and if you’re going to insult a customer, at least do it in a language they don’t understand. It was disgusting and disrespectful. I don’t ever want that woman touching my food again.the. Then they say they feel discriminated🤣🤣🤦🏼♀️

He kept asking if I wanted a combo instead. I informed the girl that seemed like she knew what she was doing and she right away started arguing with me instead of helping. I told her first I want the store manager she said she is the only manager there. I asked for the store managers phone number she argued wanting to take my order first. She was very rude. Nobody greeted me or any guests just can I help you. She made me not want to order anything from this location. I do not deal well with rudeness
