  Nothing wrong with SW at all! But y'all these people know they ain't right for cramming all that junk in one tiny gas station. And then they'll have like one employee working the gas station and the subway with a line stretching down three of the aisles! I had to walk out! Super stressful. Whoever owns that Luvs needs to reevaluate the available space or get more workers one. Dadgum y'all doing too much!

  Stopped in for lunch on a road trip. A new worker was being trained. When I told her I wanted a cold cut combo, she said "I don't know what that is" so I repeated myself. She looked to another worker in the office to ask for help. The worker in the office pointed to where it was, but did not leave the office to help. When I got to the vegetables and sauce area, I asked if there was lettuce a second lady said "if you don't see it, we don't have it" in a very rude tone. There was only onions, peppers, and tomatoes as options. They were also out of both mayonnaise and regular ranch dressing. I also ordered a footlong cookie. The employee running the register for the rest of the gas station put the cookie in the oven, and instructed the new employee to take it out when it went off and put it in the bag, while he helped another customer. The timer on the oven was for 35 seconds. The new employee walked away and began speaking to someone at the end of the counter. The oven was beeping for at least an extra 30 seconds when it was finished because the new employee was not paying attention. To get one sandwich and a cookie, I was there for almost 20 minutes. With 4 employees behind the counter, that is ridiculous. Also. While I was eating my sandwich, I pulled out a huge chunk of the paper from the meat that did not get removed.
