  DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, went on lunch break, and the button seemed to not work in a stall, so was going to another one, there was a worker outside and yelled to me and told me it’s not broken, we are just not taking orders, really odd also she was extremely rude.

  Stopped in to order lunch. I tried three different stalls. On one stall, the button didn’t work at all. The other two said the red button activated and the screen said they would be with me in a moment and then a few minutes later, the thing must have reset and said to to tap the screen or press the red button to begin. No one ever came on to take my order. Wasted 15 minutes of my time. If you actually want food, don’t go to this location.

  5 minutes just to get someone to take your order with no other cars on site except the workers. Then another 15 minutes to get the food. Why can't a single sonic properly staff their restaurants.

  Today was the second time in the past couple of months that I've been to this location, and both times I pressed the red button and no one took my order or otherwise acknowledged I was there in 10+ minutes of waiting. Both times I had to leave and go somewhere else. I would steer clear of this location as it is clearly very poorly-run.

  So many bad experiences here. Im not for sure how they keep their franchise. Ive had food i couldn't eat. I tried it again and waited to order a drink. They told me I had to wait. Never got back to me. I just left. There are so many good sonics. This isn't one of them.
