  Decided to do a mobile order for breakfast. App did not show any signs of an issue. I chose drive through since other stores in the area have a wait of less than 2 minutes. I waited in this line for 30, which was only 5-6 cars long. When I got to the speaker and said I have a mobile order, the woman said "Oh, just tell me at the window". She then proceeded to not turn off her mic while her co-workers and her talked and laughed. When I finally get to the window and I give her my order number she tells me, "No, I need to know what you ordered, the food." She then proceeded to say that their mobile system was not working. Really? She couldn't say that when I was at the speaker? No wonder the line was moving slow. The incompetence of the staff here is astounding.

  I ordered a Cheeseburger and was given nuggets, didn’t have time to turn around, waited in drive thru for 10 minutes, just to get my order wrong, I tried to call, but no one answered the phone 😐

  We were in Tennessee visiting family and stopped by to get some food and drinks. ALL THREE (two different mcdonalds in murfreesboro and one in shelbyville) were awful. We got drinks only on two of the visits and bagels for breakfast on one of the visits. We waited almost 20 minutes in drive through just for some drinks. Cars moved one at a time, every 5 to 10 minutes. Then the next car. Then about 20 minutes later they apologize for the wait and hand us our drinks. We literally got toots food before that and waited so freaking long for drinks, that our toots was cold when we got to our hotel. It felt like they had one employee taking the order, then making the food. Then moving to the next customer. It’s like they see the wait time numbers for drive through and challenge themselves to see how long they can make the customer wait, before the customer drives off and says forget it. We’ve been SPOILED by how fast the kansas city metro mcdonalds operate. The one closest to us in shawnee, gets customers in and out quickly. Like even when they are stupid busy, it’s still efficient and you dont wait that long. The three different mcdonalds we went to in tennessee have zero sense of urgency and do not take pride in their work. They need to call the mcdonalds here and fly the management here, down to the murfreesboro/shelbyville mcdonalds and show them how to run a restaurant.
