Fries were cold, stiff and stuck together. Placing an order took awhile because everyone's in the back away from public view listening to music. And now they charge for each sauce, even tge kne that's supposed to come with the nuggets. The time before that had the problem with the order taker, he mumbled, copped an attitude, and starred. I know I got there late, but I felt he was giving me signal to leave. He shut off the drink dispenser and put "out of order" sign on it, told me the drive thru dispenser is for drive thru only. He cleaned out and took out both ketchup dispensers, never brought them back. He mopped all the way around us, kept looking at me and looking at his phone for the times multiple times. Asked for a To go bag, copped an attitude. Asked for a refill, said machines are off. So I was very unhappy with both my last visits, and I literally mean "Last visits".
