So I asked for a little more, already embarrassed to ask for extra anything, received another squirt. I've been to this location before and loved the experience. He's probably not a bad guy but he definitely should never be customer facing. He rushes you by constantly yelling "anything else." I could rapid fire my toppings but I doubt most sandwich artists would appreciate that and I'd rather them not miss one. So I started ordering online which even when you explain the app is buggy and it takes a second to pull up your confirmation he continually yells at you for confirmation. I understand not wanting an order to be stolen but it's pretty jarring and could be incredibly inconvenient for the customer. Maybe it's the store policy but it seems pretty unnecessary when not even Chipotle has you do that. Like what if I order it but my spouse picks it up? Does that mean we just can't have the food we paid?
