  who ever the guy is working in the morning, currently 9:40 am on a saturday, he’s rude and impatient. Never coming back to this store, wouldn’t let me use the coupon on my phone either. the entire time i ordered the guy said “anything else “ like hello???? Yes something else i don’t just want sauce on my sandwich and that’s it. He said “anything else probably about 6 times, to me and my husband. Do better.

  I was completely rushed for no reason? It was me and one other customer in the store. I asked for sauce and received a "squirt" no kidding. So I asked for a little more, already embarrassed to ask for extra anything, received another squirt. I've been to this location before and loved the experience. Not today with a guy wearing a subway scarf.

  I love subway but the guy who works on Monday afternoons is so difficult to order/pickup from I've been avoiding this location until I have a strong enough craving. He's probably not a bad guy but he definitely should never be customer facing. He rushes you by constantly yelling "anything else." I could rapid fire my toppings but I doubt most sandwich artists would appreciate that and I'd rather them not miss one. So I started ordering online which even when you explain the app is buggy and it takes a second to pull up your confirmation he continually yells at you for confirmation. I understand not wanting an order to be stolen but it's pretty jarring and could be incredibly inconvenient for the customer. Maybe it's the store policy but it seems pretty unnecessary when not even Chipotle has you do that. Like what if I order it but my spouse picks it up? Does that mean we just can't have the food we paid?

  Went in there at 9:50 and they already had everything put up I get yall close at ten but what is the point of being open till ten if you aren’t actually open till then
