Every single time I have gone in, I request that the regular garlic sauce be replaced with the spicy garlic sauce as I prefer it, which are equally priced on the app and online. This has been done every single time because it is no price difference. The sauces cost the exact same. During my visit tonight, the employee told me they would have to charge me for this despite me saying I don’t want the regular, unopened garlic sauce as usual, and I would like the equivalently priced spicy garlic sauce. They told me this was a new rule. Logical explanation? Absolutely none. I’m asking for an equivalently priced item, not extra. Apparently, Domino’s wants my business a lot more with ridiculous, nitpicky, idiotic rules, such as this for long-time customers without any warning.
