- TATara ADec 24, 20255.0Went in on Xmas eve for an online order and it was VERY busy. The staff were professional and absolutely doing their best. I was so disappointed to see two “Karens” in the 15min I was there. These customers were rude and impatient to the employees and the employees kept working as hard as they could. This review is a shout out to the hard working staff, that remained professional to such awful customers and a PSA to PLEASE be nice to customer service HUMANS, especially during the holidays!! Thanks Kolache staff for your hard work!

Not sure also why can't they separate them so we know. They had it all mixed up and no jalapeño poppers. I got double the brisket. They tasted good but the lady was rude to my apprentice and he doesn't want to pick up anymore. I spent over $50 for a wrong order and all of us wonder what the hell we got until we bit into them. They wrote on the lid but that's not how they were put in there.

So as a free kolache they gave me their chocolate cinnamon twist…. I am telling you thats the best… I don’t usually like cinnamon but this is just sooo good… This place is just my fav and the kolaches are worth it…. Very affordable
