I called the store the day after the first bad sandwich and they couldn't do anything about it unless I had called same day. They also told me the owner said if the ham is overly fatty they still have to use it. I thought I'd give them another shot. Now I'm done. Don't have money to waste. They use to be consistently good. Too bad.
