    The food was ok, but I charged twice and it's very frustrating trying to get my money back. I went through the drive thru and paid $30 for my food. Another $30 came out of my account the next day. Apparently this happened to several people that day at least and it's very frustrating getting the run around to get my money back.

    Cannot compliment this staff enough. I have been there a few times, served by different people and they were all very kind, professional, courteous, and competent. Never thought I'd go for Italian fast food, but for its class, it's pretty good and they don't skimp. One meal lasts for three for me! Extra touch: Bowls of Halloween candy set out were a nice addition!

    Dependable and inexpensive food, always enjoy their Alfredo sauce. Not fancy, but that's not their role. Good cheap meal, which is important during these odd times.

    Spend a good 20 minutes in the drive-through waiting to place my order. And then when I received my order getting home, I only got a salad, not the entrée or breadsticks and a drink, which is a pretty expensive eight dollar salad in my opinion. When I tried calling to speak with a manager, they told me they were too busy to speak with me. So I emailed their corporate office, but don’t expect much. I would probably suggest going to the other Fazoli’s that’s over off of Metcalf.
