  25 munchkins an order of hashbrown which is apparently just 4 that were cold and soggy with a breakfast sandwich that was stone cold in the middle for $18. How can the hash browns be in that state? The sandwich had to be a microwave situation gone wrong. I grew up on DD but I dont think I will ever go back. Noone wants to feel like they got took, they definitely got me. Also on a side note, the whole cashier sort of holding the card reader out so you can scan your card is awkward. Just saying.

  I frequent this Location several times a week and I usually don’t have a problem. I’m leaving a Google review because I was not offered my receipt. Today, I’m leaving this review because I think that either someone purposefully put a chemical in my drink or that somehow, a chemical accidentally ended up in my drink. I got the medium decaf, hot white chocolate latte. It’s something I get quite a bit and today, it has a distinct chemical taste, and I cannot drink it. On top of that, I’ve got a burn in my esophagus that is definitely not from the coffee and now I’m starting to get a headache so I really do think there’s a chemical in this coffee. The employee working there at 12:24 PM today was not friendly, she didn’t say hi or thank you or please or anything that you would expect from someone working in a customer service job. she barely acknowledged me at the window. I had to remind her that the drink was supposed to be hot and decaf so she did have to remake the original drink. For this reason, I won’t be going back to her today to ask her to remake it. Her manager who works in the morning, is outrageously friendly and always awesome to see when I go there! The next time I see her, I will be providing this feedback to her along with the cup. I think that the substance in the cup needs to be tested. I will also be requesting that she review the video footage to see if something was added to my drink. Nobody wants to work the day before Christmas and I get that she probably does not want to be there, but I also had to work today and I didn’t treat anyone like this. Long story short, do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts in the afternoon. The morning staff is incredible and I get nothing but amazing service from them! Only go in the morning, and if you think your drink tastes off, do not drink it.

  What a joke!! I got 10 munchkins for my kid with a side of tator crowns. 5!!!! 5 tator crowns is what I got for $1.49. for those of you who don't know what a tater crown is, it's half a tater tot. So I basically got 2 and 1/2 tater tots for $1.50. BUYER BEWARE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!

  We made a mobile order at 4:30pm to pickup for our family Christmas night. We picked out our desired donuts from the available selection and paid for our order. We ended up with some changes to our plans that made this location no longer ideal, but we had placed the order and paid for it, so we made our way to the location. Pull up to the drive thru and tell them we are there to pick up the mobile order ‘only to be told they are out of donuts for our order and they’ll have to give us a refund. This was over 3 hours after we placed the order. Why they don’t fill the order and set it aside is beyond me. Waste of our time! Our tradition is Krispy Kreme, but they have had limited selections, but we ended up back there anyway because Dunkin failed on a whole other level.
