  i ordered once with my family and they didn’t put it on the tab, they then took that order and gave it to someone else. unbelievable, then proceeded to make me order again behind a huge family.

  This chipotle ignores food delivery drivers. They take care of customers first then work on delivery orders. Maybe prioritize delivery drivers over customers

  I mean come on you'd almost think I walked in there with an ice uniform on order to bowl to go got white rice gave me one scoop of white rice then I asked for more rice she put another scoop on there then I told her I wanted steak she put a half a scoop of steak on then she looked at me with an attitude and then I said can I get some more steak on there that was half a scoop white guy that was right next to her the Mexican lady said yeah that's not enough so then he put another scoop of the dry super well done steak

  This location needs desperate help! The dining and food prep area is very messy. My most recent order was wrong and in the past I have received other customer orders. I ordered carnitas and was given steak. I had to drive all the way back and get the correct order all.I got was a sorry about that after my food was made correctl. If someone places a to go order and has to come back they should get a refund. Have someone from the Shawnee mission parkway and Mauer location come get this store in line. That store is the best chipotle I have been to.

  ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE YET THEY REFUSE TO FIX THE PROBLEMS! Take your 💰 elsewhere‼️‼️ Happy customers are the last thing they care about. Baby portions and $ is priority here! I go here 4 times a week! But not anymore! I’m tired of getting two half scoops of rice and when I say I need more, they give you teaspoon. I spend about $40 AT LEAST when I’m here. My bowls I barely get anything on them as it is ( I only get like 5 things total on my bowls) but what I do get, I get baby portions. No way. Prices have gone up, quantity has gone down. I’ll take my $40 and go get a whole 2 steak meals somewhere else and actually get what I pay for. Not 4 pieces of steak. When I say corn, cheese, anything it’s baby portions. Then when I say extra bc they barely put any on, it’s a whole deal. No way. I won’t spend my hard earned $ somewhere where they don’t appreciate their customers let alone their frequent customers, and give them what they pay for. Seems to be a BIG problem here and they won’t fix it. I’ll go elsewhere and actually have a full stomach. Thanks but no thanks. Half the time the steak is old and hard anyways. Or they’re just standing around doing nothing while we stand there forever and then tell me they don’t have anymore ingredients I need so I have to leave and drive to another location. Over it.
