Challenge to management: employee training and continuous refresher training.

Steak was so fatty that half the pieces were not chewable and all food was cold. Missing black beans, sour cream and got an entire 5 pieces of chicken! Person making up meal put in shells, chicken and one side this filling only 2 of the compartments instead of three. I ask him to put in the 2nd side and he said that kids meal did not come with 2 sides. When I insisted that it did he continued to argue with me. Finally he went to register and ask the “manager” who told him that there were 2 sides to kids meal. He was very angry now. Usually they fill compartments level with cardboard indent which I asked him to do, he had put just a few pieces in the bottom. He then filled his scooper to the top and flung it in the carton getting it all over everything and embarrassing me..The “manager” who had not even witnessed the event came over I commented how inappropriate his very angry actions were he said I shouldn’t have asked for more product Too many other locations to put up with that!.
