None of the times have I been given replacement food. It would be fine except you really should just be using plastic bags instead. I wish you were replaced by a Qdoba who doesn’t charge for extra queso or guacamole and also uses real bags that won’t rip. Alternatively you could try to find lids that actually seal but that somehow seems like a harder ask.

The staff is always rude, the food is always inaccurate and pitiful portions. It is almost a guaranteed that they will get the order wrong if you do a pickup. Anytime we decide to give this location another chance they go and prove us wrong yet again.

When I asked to speak to a manager there was no apology for the lack of food options or poor service. I asked a simple question about why there was no food being prepared I was given excuses by the lazy manager that staff can't move around the restaurant and must "stay at their stations". How about we shut up, cook food and serve customers That's what this restaurant used to be... time to get back to the basics.
