  Parking is a real big issue because employees park in the close parking places. The Manager never helps make sandwiches and doesn't seem to worry when there are long lines. It takes 20+ minutes to get a sandwich. One employee today had his/her phone under shirt by shoulder turned up real loud while trying to make sandwiches and hear what customers wanted. We have been in there many times that Manager turns you away because they don't have bread made and it is noon hour. Cookies are never made either. Instead of taking time to cut the meat (because they now have their own slicer) they just tell you that they don't have it. Manager now acts like she is lost and definitely thinks that she doesn't need to help employees even when backed up. Manager is always out by her car smoking or doing something, rather than doing her job inside. The floors look like they haven't been swept for months. One employee brings kids in to run around while she is working. Very unprofessional atmosphere. The only one that appears right now to be friendly and know what she is doing is Tiffany and she is new.

  Wish I could give it a 0!! If you read the reviews all bad!!!!! I came in they were out of everything! Microwaved my hot Sandwich said toaster oven been down forever ! Say cooperate won’t pay for new one, or fix it! I asked do they stay busy they said yes! Why would u have a microwave sandwich with no toaster got my food was hard and didn’t eat makes you wonder how they cut corners is the food bad worst subway I’ve ever been in and the guy working had long hair and no net he was too busy putting food up the help us! Maybe had two waters and 1 coke and that was it in cooler! Read the reviews and don’t come in! I will be calling cooperste in the morning!!!! What a dump!!! And it was 39 minutes for 3 sandwiches! 😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒😒

  Always out of things its been 630 7 o'clock when I would order and every time I order on the app they call me telling me they dont have half the food. Something needs to change this subway is the worst one in western kansas

  Never enough help here, the poor gal working alone last time I was there was super friendly though. Food is still on par with Subway.
