First off, the managers on shift were giving me stares. Secondly, we ordered our food and none of it was ready even though we ordered it as a mobile order. We got there 20 minutes after the food was ordered. What’s worse is there was nobody inside except for a car outside and one other person leaving. After about 10 minutes, we finally got our food and drove back home. Not only was there no napkins, straws, or ketchup that we ordered, but they also forgot to make the 10 piece and a medium fry. The service was terrible and no one should wait for your food when there’s adequate time for them to make them, and even less to mess up poorly. -10/10, would never eat here again.

So, I ordered at this place a few days ago and ordered very little. Then, the general manager, I believe her name was Erica? Refused to make my order, which consisted of a few frosties. This is my alt account as to protect my identity when reviewing online.

Was disappointed with the service and crew as store was advertised as open but they said that they felt like opening late again even tho store is advertised as open and on top of that we waited the 30 minutes they told us for morning prep to be ready and they still refused service
Definitely love our Wendy's, Limited here on fast food options so Definitely support them every chance we can!
