  Jimmy johns has been my go to sandwich place for nearly 8 years. I was as loyal as loyal comes. Always raved about their sandwiches. The last 4 months have made a total shift in my views. The sandwiches are nothing to rave about. I do customize my sandwich. 3 out of last 4 times has been wrong. Mind you I order on the app for delivery only cause im at work, but that should not matter.. The vegetables are subpar. The lettuce is browning, the tomatoes are grainy. I swear you dont get half the meat you used to get. The first 2 inches of my sandwich doesnt have anything on it, just bread. Very disappointed. Probably will not order again.

  Didn't appreciate the lady on the phone arguing with me about what I ordered and didn't appreciate my sandwich arriving cold and hardly any cheese on it when I was supposed to be a roast beef and cheddar

  Got two sandwiches to go. They were on the ball. Sandwiches made correctly and I think I only waited two minutes. Great job.

  Had an amazing experience at this Jimmy John’s 10/10 would recommend this location to anyone. The staff and Sierra were incredibly nice and polite.

  Ordered food to be delivered at 6:15 I didn’t get my food till 7pm. Called three times to try and figure out where my food was. The third time when I called I finally was able to speak to the driver and was able to get my food brought to me. Really wish people would follow instructions. Sandwich was burnt and doesn’t taste good at all.
