We walked in at 10:20. They refused to come to the counter to serve breakfast. Fine we will order lunch. There was a large party behind us that the restaurant lost out on money too because they refused to serve breakfast. So we Ordered lunch and then it took 21 minutes to get our food. Yet they were getting drive thru orders out. Zero communication - no telling us what they are waiting on. No thank you, no customer service. We will not be back as this is the same occurrence every single time we visit. The customer service here is absolutely atrocious. Bring back a local owner and maybe things will change here.
