Which I said hold up. I’m not saying you got it wrong. I’m just saying I don’t like the tea. Could I get something else? I was told I could wait in line, or I could come inside and get my own drink. I pulled around and got my own drink. One of the ladies came up and asked me about the situation and I told her. I’ve never really gotten this bad of Customer Service before. He was a team lead, I think because of the different shirt. We lead by example…
