Something as simple as pouring a Diet Dr Pepper is consistently done wrong, and it’s become a regular issue. Most recently, I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times because my mom’s order was incorrect every single time. It’s extremely frustrating when basic accuracy and attention to detail seem to be completely lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer experience here has been disappointing for quite a while.
