    I don’t usually leave reviews, but I feel like this location needs some serious attention. Something as simple as pouring a Diet Dr Pepper is consistently done wrong, and it’s become a regular issue. Most recently, I had to go through the drive-thru three separate times because my mom’s order was incorrect every single time. It’s extremely frustrating when basic accuracy and attention to detail seem to be completely lacking. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because the customer experience here has been disappointing for quite a while.

    We befriend companies’’ employees everywhere that we can, who have been such big blessings in our lives, often making lifetime friends. We are senior citizens in our 70s. The stop at this restaurant was our first stop in town today, having traveled over 600 miles in the past couple of days. Surprisingly and very sadly, a front-end employee at this establishment communicated in such an extremely rude, abusive, hateful manner, exhibiting no customer service skills, such that we decided not to place an order. The employee was female and seemed perhaps to be at some sort of management level. We are hopeful that top management and the owner(s) of this establishment will address this urgent job training/coaching need and will assist this employee to provide polite, kind, respectful customer service to others in the future.
