Tables are dirty, trash cans are spilling out, and the workers seem a step behind. Whenever they run out of food, it is not refilled very quickly. I think it’s great that they are busy but wish they would pay attention to the smaller details a little more.

Others waiting in line having to take 10 minutes to be served. All that has happened multiple times at this specific location but the other day just pushed it. An employee yelling out “When can I go to the restroom I gotta pee” barely even able to do his job. Never ever going back to this specific location, someone at corporate needs to know!

They like to completely ignore every cleaning the tables never take the trash out. Then like tonight, we walked out because they’re out of something that’ll take 20 minutes that they should’ve prepped way in advance. They constantly have a I don’t care attitude and they give it to you if you ask for something that they’re out of. And then, if you walk out of the line, they laugh and fist bump each other. They ran out of steak and tried to push me through the line. I waited 15 minutes to get it cause I was not going to get rushed out and refused what I want one time. Another time my mom wanted tacos and they told us they’re out of shells. And there’s been many other times that they’re out things that are there, but they just haven’t prepped it. Super lazy employees are killing this place.
