  Consistent garbage, is the nicest compliment I can give to this Sonic location. They should do the town of Rose Hill a favor and shut it down. They say time and time again "under new management, we will fix the problems" they lie. They forget items, burn food, give half portions, mess up simple drinks and take FOREVER. Do not go here, save yourself time and just head to the one in Derby if you want sonic that bad.

  Visited the store to purchase a bag of ice and a small cherry limeade. I asked for an extra cherry and if they charged me it would have been ok. Except I didn't get the extra cherry but that isn't why I am leaving a review. The bag of ice was a little over 3/4th full. For that price we should get a full bag. Most sonics have very full bags. The store had two other customers so it wasn't a reason for the lack of attention to the order and carrying it out correctly. Lastly, and not the fault of the server is the touch screen. It didnt work correctly and I couldn't leave a tip. Thankfully I had some cash.

  There is no single location that has messed up more orders than this one. Over the course of 3 weeks they messed up 10 out of 10 breakfast burritos by not putting all 5 ingredients in them. There was one evening they made 4 hamburgers before getting a simple change of no ketchup correct. I consistently order light ice which to them must mean pack it to the top. I could go on. its worth the drive to derby any day.

  I ordered the chili cheese dog, the chili was black and tasted old. The fries came out of the container in a clump and was cold.

  Extremely slow. Slushes were melted flavor water.
