- LLLonMar 27, 20262.0McDonald’s Roeland Park Kansas Location looks nice from the outside but needs concrete cleaned. Internal lighting is good and all lights appear to be working. Drive thru was open and processing cars at a good rate. Service was not good. I was walked by and looked at 5 times before that person helped me. Clearly the self order systems cause concerns for those of us that want to order at the counter. Cheese burger was good. Fries were ordered well done, they were not well done and the young lady said yes those are well done. I sent them back. Hot Apple pie was old and barely warm. Overall the facility is dirty and there seems to be no sense of urgency to clean tables , floors or counters leaving customers to pick the least dirty location. Bathroom - yuk

I go to the first window I pay for my frappe I sit there and I weigh almost 20 minutes to go to the second window after paying to be told there’s no caramel drizzle. Why take my money and have me pay for it if you don’t have it. Then they got irritated because I wanted my money back. You can’t expect someone to pay for something they don’t get just like I can’t expect to get something that I don’t pay for.
