    Mallik R. was amazing at the Taco Bell drive thru today! He was friendly, upbeat, and made the whole experience quick and smooth. His customer service was honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. You can tell he enjoys what he does and cares about the customers. If you stop by, hopefully you get Mallik at the window!

    I forgot my debit card in the drive thru and came back 30 minutes later. It had already been cut by the manager. They also charged my card twice and refused to do anything about it for 5 days. If I wanted to spend twice as much money I would have ordered twice as much food.

    A customer walks into a Taco Bell, the only customer in the facility. Customer is examining the menu. A employee takes her cash drawer out of the register, then asks a employee in the kitchen to log on at the cash register. The employee logs on. What should the employee do next? (A) Say- " Welcome to Taco Bell, may I take your order?" (B) Look at the customer, say nothing then walk back to the kitchen and chat with his co-workers? I thought the correct answer was (A) At this Taco Bell the answer was (B) If I have to ask myself if this was intentional insubordination or a lack of training, I choose not to dine at this fast food restaurant. I prefer that my food is prepared without intentional insubordination or lack of training.
