- TTTiffany TaylorOct 8, 20251.0I normally go to tropical smoothie every week almost daily and always have great service today. My fruit smell rotten. The banana was old. They did not put Nutella on my bowl, which is what I ordered. I go back in and this is the Nutella that they gave me the bowl isn’t even full And the smoothie base is already completely melted. The lady wanted to charge me twice for the Nutella to put the original amount on that I normally get poor service.
