- GRGO RCBDec 20, 20251.0This review is long overdue, we have gone to this location for years and years. We always give them another chance. This was the last straw. They have consistently made mistakes on almost every order, but never to the extent that I wrote a review or did anything about it. This time based on their promotion to use their app for speed of service we ordered a very simple order 4 sandwiches all of which were exactly the same. We were told they would be ready for pick up in 20 minutes. It took over an hour and 30 minutes to receive the order. They serviced dozens of customers in front of our order while we sat there and waited. They are understaffed, under trained, and oblivious to Customer Service. The dining room has never been put back in place since Covid. It’s an absolute abomination and they should sell that store or bring in new ownership.
