  Best Chipotle in the area— workers are so kind, food is great—the chips are actually edible unlike the downtown KC location, bathrooms are clean.

  The customer service experience is not worth the overpriced, mediocre food. This is probably the 4th time in a row I've ordered and had something missing from my order. I spent 30 minutes talking to a bot online and gave up and just left to pick up the missing items myself. When I got to the store (which has NO PARKING because it's overfull of customers from other businesses) they told me they can't give me refunds in person at the store. I have to call the 1-800 number. So I did that and they told me they can't refund me any of the delivery costs. I can only get the missing items refunded. Oh! And I can get a free drink valid for 30 days! Trust me, it's not worth it. This company has gone so far downhill they're practically under ground.

  Ok this is a pretty reliable location, they are usually pretty clean and food is fresh, however, I went in today and the music was insanely loud, so loud that the little short girl behind the counter messed up my order repeatedly putting the wrong beans on the wrong meat, just kept messing it up, and I mean my head was ringing when I left. Hopefully, they can think about the customers before cranking the music.....

  I had a carne asada burrito. One of if not the best Chipotle burrito I've ever had and I've probably had at least 500 in my life!
