  The drive through is almost always busy. We not only need two locations, but it may help if they would consider redoing the parking lot. By remove the entire pointless rocky area, the curb along the east, relocate the square brick trash area,and curb along the north side; and make a double drive like McDonald's. It all takes useful space.

  I live near this taco bell and when I tell you it is the slowest Taco Bell in America I am serious. it always takes a minimum of 20 min and a lot of the time it will take between 40 min - 1 hour. the employees are slow and careless. currently sitting in the drive thru as I write this for my online order and it’s already been 40 minutes.

  This is the slowest Taco Bell in the United States and it's always been that way. Every 2nd or 3rd time you go through the drive thru will take more than 15 minutes. I don't know why ownership doesn't fix it, but I figure everyone must be lazy from the top down.
