The new format for the app sucks. This specific store sucks. If you don't want a cup full of ice and a little bit of your drink even if you ask for light ice, go to a different Sonic. If you expect more than bare minimum effort, you should probably go to a different Sonic

Service is terrible. People who are taking the orders are rude and don’t listen to the customer. This was on the evening of Friday, February 13th. I would start making sure you have nicer people working with customers.
