    Ordered on the app well before close and sat in drive thru for over 30 minutes and was then told that they couldn’t take or make any more orders after close.

    Waited over 15 minutes for 1 single cheese burger and never got it. Other times I go in no one is ever at the cashier desk. Horrible management, if I was the store owner I would be embarrassed.

    On a school field trip from Joplin, a large portion of students and myself stopped at this McDonald’s for lunch. It was packed! But regardless of the overwhelming amount of teens and adults in line, the staff was tolerant and attentive. A kind woman who I assume was a manager came into the dining area and assured everyone had received the right thing, that everything was made to order correctly, and that we were happy. We were pleased! Thank you for the kindness and tolerance again.

    Placed a mobile order at 9:55 am, arrived at a stall spot and checked in at 10:10 am, then waited an additional 25 minutes to be served, 2 mcmuffins, 2 breakfast burritos, 2 hash browns, and a coke and orange juice. It took just over 40 minutes to be served a small to average size order of the most common things on their breakfast menu, with ordering ahead and giving ample time. With it being delivered burnt and missing straws for the drinks. I don't expect alot from McDonald's but I do expect the minimum of non burnt food and a timely order from a FAST food restaurant. The staff also didn't acknowledge any amount of wait I experienced. This experience has only reinforced my distaste for this specific location in the past years.
