Decided to give them another chance tonight, whoever Paige is that answered the phone was rude on the phone when ordering, but went ahead and ordered. Then when going in to pick it up, they didn’t have our order and said there was someone training as their excuse. They are inconsistent and honestly, very expensive for what they use to be. I understand inflation, but this was insane. Also, the first time we went in, our cheeseburger actually tasted rotten. It’s really a shame because it use to be so good and the staff was actually nice and dressed nice. Now you walk in and don’t know if the person asking about your order is a worker or just a patron.
